New Film about Afghanistan
Sep 21st, 2009 | By Michael T | Category: NewsRethink Afghanistan is a new internet film produced and directed by Robert Greenwald, who has made numerous documentaries including Walmart: The High Cost of Low Price and Iraq For Sale: The War Profiteers. In six episodes, Mr. Greenwald interviews academics, Afghans and former C.I.A operatives to raise questions about civilian casualties, women’s rights, the cost of war and whether it has made the United States safer. Some of the episodes are as short as 2 minutes and have been circulated on YouTube, Twitter and Facebook.
